Your coach


Kyla is a multilingual mum of 3 with over 12 years of experience working with and helping people, a Personal Trainer, Online Coach, and Wellness and Mindset Coach.

After a few years of mothering through trauma, grief, and chronic stress she felt the importance to help other mums who are also in need of support after heavily investing in her self. Her methods and modules within the program are designed to teach and guide other mums with relevant, successful and powerful tools and methods in order to transform daily habits, mindset, and focuses with the purpose to thrive in motherhood.


The aim of 'Navigating Mum me' is to help mums reconnect, to find peace and wellness while living in a world of pressures and influences at a pace of google speed.

It has been designed in the hope to help influence some tranquillity, awareness and understanding to our busy lives, and becoming the best mother to our children while caring also for ourselves.
